How we work
Measure before building
Assumptions about how a business runs are usually close and rarely exact. We look at the real data first, because the edge case you did not count is the one that breaks the rollout.
Small releases, in production
Work goes out in pieces that can be reviewed and reversed. A six-month build that reveals its problems at the end is not a plan, it is a bet.
